Villa Ayghedzor Hotel

Welcome to a piece of Italian Armenia in Yerevan! Villa Ayghedzor (previously known as "Residence Ayghedzor") is a pleasant blend of art, gracious living and home style hospitality.
Our staff will make your stay one of the highlights of your visit to Armenia, with knowledgeable tips on sites and events in the capital city, where to go, what to see, how to book a day trip or extended tour with our expert multi-lingual guides, and when you are ready to kick back and relax a little, our maids are a piece of Armenian family care, offering scrumptious breakfasts (included in the room rate), tea and coffee in the main areas, and a bit of "Armenian mothering" while you kick back and relax in our ceramic living room, outdoor patio, submerged garden, or "map" library lounge.
Elegance in hostelry, Villa Ayghezor is the epitome of Italian Armenian Renaissance design: the boutique hotel is a fascinating collection of 20 bright, spacious rooms, styled in the Italianate villa manor, with an Armenian twist of locally found antiques and folkloric crafts and artwork. Rooms gather around a central courtyard featuring summer night jazz and cocktails among flowers and greenery.
All rooms have en suite baths, climate control, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Villa Ayghedzor has a business area that features one central rooms for up to 80 persons, which can be fully equipped with the latest in conference technology and two smaller rooms for up to 30 and 20 people respectively.
